This page contains a high-level summary of the key projects I worked on during my internships at Salesforce and ManTech International, what skills I applied, what I learned from them and how they contributed to my future technology career goals.

Technical PM Intern: DataSec Team (Salesforce)

Led the development and helped achieve stakeholder alignment on PM deliverables including program roadmaps, data models, remediation plans, project charters, and status reports for 2 programs:
- Public cloud backup & recovery
- Vault migration security
Led the development of a generative AI solution to optimize the financial analytics capability of the Financial Services and Revenue Cloud (Quantitative Finance) team.

Technical PM Intern: IAM Team (Salesforce)

Developed the product roadmap, workflow, governance structure, asset tracker, and onboarding metric reporting to unify and automate Salesforce’s identity lifecycle management asset onboarding process.
Unified asset inventory dashboard allowed real time asset tracking leading to a 33% reduction in asset lifecycle costs.
Developed portfolio roadmaps, data models, analytics, WBS, project plans, status reports, and risk logs for Salesforce’s service account identity management and zero-trust architecture products.
Integration of multiple roadmaps and unified project tracking (milestones, deliverables) caused a 32% improvement in implementation timeframe (3 yrs. vs. 5 yrs)

SWE Intern: DefSec Team (Salesforce)

Designed and implemented a real-time cloud data streaming feature using custom Apache Flink source in Java to process Salesforce cloud security incident data received from AWS S3 buckets via SNS & SQS.
Poof-of-concept led to improvement in security incident processing and accuracy, lowered resource costs, & enabled historical data trending.
Developed a product feature roadmap including creating Flink streaming jobs to test feature, analyzing load and performance metrics, & deploying feature to Falcon Kubernetes.

SDE Intern: Fraud Analytics Team (ManTech)

Developed the front & backend design of a GIS Threat Intelligence Solution, data models, analytics framework, product roadmap, and predictive analytics engine using R, AWS ImageLens, DataRobot and H2O.Ai.
This enabled national security and financial agencies detect security & laundering threats.
Developed a business case for new products investments in Geolocation & Network Intelligence market to help Federal agencies detect financial fraud.

SDE Intern: Application Security Team (ManTech)

Developed the product roadmap & application design of a Mobile Security solution using Python, ML and data analytics to improve the security posture of the Google Play Store Market for Healthcare & Gaming apps.
This developed my foundational skills in AI, ML, and data science.
